Reiner M. Löslein is a Managing Partner at Credit Solutions Partner GmbH.

Between 2014 and 2018 he acted as Managing Director and Senior Advisory Partner at Castik Capital Partners GmbH and was one of the Co-Founders of Castik Capital in 2014.

Prior to CSP and Castik, Reiner was a Director and member of the Senior Management Committee at Allianz Capital Partners, responsible for Private Equity and Debt investments.

Prior to Allianz Capital Partners, Reiner spent 14 years in special finance, M&A, and leverage finance at Dresdner Bank, Sal Oppenheim & Cie, and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Bank.

Reiner holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg, Germany.

Dr. Hans Liebler is a Managing Partner at Credit Solutions Partner GmbH.

Before joining CSP, Hans has been Managing Director and co-founder of the private equity funds Maxburg Capital Partners, Munich (AuM: 300m EUR) and the hedge fund Lincoln Vale LL.P., London (AuM: 250m EUR).

Prior to that, Hans has been working for five years as head of industrial holding at Allianz and he had started his professional career in top management consulting working in total for 8 years at McKinsey & Company in Madrid, New York and Munich.

Hans holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the der Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and Ph.D. from the University in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Andreas Haindl serves as a Senior Advisor to Credit Solutions Partner GmbH.

Until 2018, Andreas was CEO of MainFirst Bank AG, a bank with a European presence in asset management and equity brokerage. Between 2006 and 2013, he had been a management board member and partner, responsible for the division Asset Management and the corporate advisory activities.

From 1996, Andreas worked for ten years in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in London. As Managing Director, he was leading the bank´s business with international private equity firms in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He advised private equity clients on the acquisition of portfolio companies as well as on their divestiture or IPO. From 1991 to 1995, he was a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company.

Andreas holds a BSc Economics degree from the London School of Economics, an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau and a Dr. oec. publ. from the University of Zurich.

Herbert Pfennig serves as a Senior Advisor to Credit Solutions Partner GmbH.

Between 2009 and 2017, Herbert was CEO of Deutsche Apotheker- and Aerztebank, the largest cooperative bank in Germany, focused on the German healthcare sector. He led the restructuring of the bank; after completion of the restructuring phase, Global Finance Magazine counted apoBank among the ten safest banks worldwide.

Prior to that, Herbert was a member of the board and Deputy CEO of Frankfurter Sparkasse, Germany's fourth largest savings bank, with a focus on restructuring, corporate customers and treasury. From 1973 to 2004, he worked with Dresdner Bank AG, most recently as a member of the management board for the area of Southwestern Germany.

Herbert has extensive experience in Credit & Loans, Acquisition Finance and Corporate Banking (incl. automotive suppliers, OEMs, industrial machinery, textiles, retail, construction), in particular with international clients and multinationals.

Dan Arendt is a member of the Management Board of CSP Investment S.à r.l. as well as the Castik Capital S.à r.l. and Senior Advisory Partner at Castik Capital S.à r.l..

Prior to Castik Capital, Dan was for twelve years a Senior Equity Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg in the Strategy & Operations consulting division. He founded, among others, the Corporate Finance department. He was firmwide Industry leader for the TMT (Technology, Medias and Telecommunications) sector as well as of the European Institutions practice. He acted for a number of years as Industry leader Medias EMEA for Deloitte Global.

Before Deloitte, Dan spent thirteen years with RTL Group, Europe’s largest communication group, where he was a Member of the Executive Board as Secretary General, Group CFO and CEO of RTL Luxembourg.

He started his career in 1985 with Arthur Andersen Luxembourg where he certified as an Independent auditor (“Réviseur d’Entreprises) and Chartered Accountant (“Expert-Comptable“). He is also a Certified Director in Luxembourg, France and Québec.

Dan holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Montpellier and he is an Alumnus from SciencesPo Paris.

Julia Wallon is a member of the Management Board of CSP Investment S.à r.l. and CFO of Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Prior to Castik Capital, Julia was an Investment Manager at BIP Investment Partners, a Luxembourg-based mid-cap Private Equity company.

Prior to that, Julia accumulated experience in the Private Equity industry as a Manager in Accounting and Transaction Services at Apax Partners and as an auditor of Private Equity and Real Estate Funds at Deloitte.

Julia holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Trier University of Applied Sciences and an EMBA with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Münster, Germany.

Johanna is a Financial Controller at Castik Capital S.à r.l.
Before joining Castik, Johanna was an Assistant Manager at BDO Luxembourg as a Financial Auditor in the Private Equity and Real Estate Sector.
Johanna holds a Diplom in Business Mathematics from Trier University of Applied Sciences.

Sascha Peter is an Accounting Manager at Castik Capital S.à r.l.
Prior to Castik he was Head of Accounting EMEA @ Sodrugestvo Group S.A.
Sascha studied Environmental Economics and Business Management at the University of Applied Science Birkenfeld (Diploma).
