Our team

Reiner is an Investment Partner at Castik Capital Partners and Senior Advisory Partner at Castik Capital Partners.

Prior to CSP and Castik, Reiner was a Director and member of the Senior Management Committee at Allianz Capital Partners, responsible for Private Equity and Debt investments.

Prior to Allianz Capital Partners, Reiner spent 14 years in special finance, M&A, and leverage finance at Dresdner Bank, Sal Oppenheim & Cie, and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Bank.

Reiner holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg, Germany.

Hans is Investment Partner at Credit Solutions Partner.

Before joining CSP, Hans has been Managing Director and co-founder of the private equity funds Maxburg Capital Partners, Munich (AuM: 300m EUR) and the hedge fund Lincoln Vale LL.P., London (AuM: 250m EUR).

Prior to that, Hans has been working for 5 years as head of industrial holding at Allianz and he had started his professional career in top management consulting working in total for 8 years at McKinsey & Company in Madrid, New York and Munich.

He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and Ph.D. from the University in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Dan is a Senior Advisory Partner and Member of the Board of Managers of CSP Investment S.à r.l. and Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Prior to Castik , Dan was for 12 years a Senior Equity Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg in the Strategy & Operations consulting division. He founded, among others, the Corporate Finance department. He was firmwide Industry leader for the TMT (Technology, Medias and Telecommunications) sector as well as of the European Institutions practice. He acted for a number of years as Industry leader Medias EMEA for Deloitte Global.

Before Deloitte, Dan spent 13 years with RTL Group, Europe’s largest communication group, where he was a Member of the Executive Board as Secretary General, Group CFO and CEO of RTL Luxembourg.

He started his career in 1985 with Arthur Andersen Luxembourg where he certified as an Independent auditor («Réviseur d’Entreprises») and Chartered Accountant («Expert Comptable»). He is also a Certified Director in Luxembourg, France and Québec.

Dan holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Montpellier and he is an Alumni from SciencesPo Paris.

Julia is the Finance Director of Castik Capital S.à r.l.

Prior to Castik, Julia was an Investment Manager at BIP Investment Partners, a Luxembourg-based mid-cap Private Equity company.

Before BIP, Julia accumulated experience in the Private Equity industry as a Manager in Accounting and Transaction Services at Apax Partners and as an auditor of Private Equity and Real Estate Funds at Deloitte.

Julia holds a Diplom in Business Adminstration from Trier University of Applied Sciences and an EMBA with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Münster, Germany.
