Analyst Investment Team
The CSP Investment S.à r.l. ("CSP") is a European Private Debt Fund that develops financing solutions for medium-sized companies and growth companies. Investments are made through senior debt, mezzanine and minority equity. Typical situations include growth and acquisition financing, complex situations as well as MBO / MBI structures. CSP invests in high-growth companies and markets and is a long-term partner to investors and portfolio companies.
To support our investment team, we are looking for a motivated Analyst
As an Analyst in our investment team, you will evaluate different companies, business models and industries and develop and elaborate financing solutions.
Your tasks as an Analyst
- Support in the analysis of investment opportunities
- Participation in the preparation of investment decisions documents
- Building financial models and presentations
- Conducting due diligence on potential investments
- Research and analysis of markets, industries and companies
Our requirements
- Completed university degree from a renown university with excellent results
- Initial experience through internships in the areas of private debt/equity, venture capital, management consulting, investment banking or corporate finance
- High level of motivation and a strong team spirit
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel and proficient in all other MS Office applications
